At The Natural Aesthetic, we strive to provide exceptional care, personalized service, and a seamless experience for every patient. The following policies help us respect both your time and ours while maintaining the highest standard of care.

Consultation Policy

A consultation may be recommended prior to treatment to discuss your goals, evaluate candidacy, and develop a customized treatment plan.

A $50 consultation fee is required to reserve your consultation appointment. This fee if fully redeemable toward eligible treatments or services completed within 90 days of your consultation. Consultation fees are non-refundable.

Appointment Cancelation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments without notice, are subject to a $50 cancellation/no-show fee. A valid credit card may be required to reserve appointments in accordance with this policy. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment to schedule future visits.

Late Arrival Policy

Patients arriving more than 10-15 minutes late may need to reschedule.

Referral Program

We sincerely appreciate your trust and the referrals you send our way. When a new patient completes their first treatment after being referred by you, you will receive a referral credit to your account as our thank you.

Referral credits:

Are applied after the referred patients first completed treatment.
May be redeemable toward eligible treatments or products.
Must be used within 90 days of issuance.
Have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Cannot be combined with certain promotional offers unless otherwise stated.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and approved third-party financing options when available.

Refund Policy

Due to the customized medical nature of aesthetic treatments, all services rendered are final and non-refundable. If you have concerns about your treatment outcome, please contact us promptly. We are committed to partnering with you to determine the most appropriate follow-up care or treatment plan. Please note that individual results vary, and no specific cosmetic outcome can be guaranteed.

Children Policy

To ensure a relaxing environment and for safety reasons, we kindly ask that children not accompany patients unless they have another supervising adult present.

Your privacy is important to us. The Natural Aesthetic is committed to protecting your personal and health information in accordance with applicable federal and state privacy laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), when applicable. Information is collected through our website, appointment requests, patient forms, and communications is used only for the purposes such as:

Scheduling appointments
Providing medical and aesthetic services
Processing payments
Communicating regarding your care
Meeting legal and regulatory requirements

We maintain reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. We will never sell your personal health information. Information is only shared as permitted or required by law, including for treatment, payment, healthcare operations, or with your written authorization.
